Personal background
As a graduate in German and media studies, I have worked in communications for large international listed companies for over 25 years, including more than 20 years in management positions. Since 2023, I have been incorporating these many years of experience into my work as a strategic consultant and interim manager, specialising in the development of communication strategies, the positioning of companies and their management, as well as change and crisis communication.

I bring in my many years of experience in various companies and industries as well as all disciplines of corporate communications to find the best solution for clients’ individual challenges. I am passionate about my job, like to explore new and innovative paths and fight for the best results.
My motivation
I am firmly convinced that communication is a key factor for sustainable (corporate) success, especially in phases of change. Employees that trust the management and their strategy create a motivating and innovative culture that is committed to the best possible customer experience. Even after 25 years in this job, being able to contribute to this still makes me look forward to getting up with joy every morning.
