Dr. Martina Wendelken, Cooperation Partner

Personal background
A degree in business administration, a doctorate in procurement logistics in collaboration with the Bundeswehr University and Mercedes Benz, my subsequent professional experience as a marketing manager, personnel developer and communications expert were just the beginning of a long series of training and further education courses. In addition to a degree in communication psychology and training as a business and systemic coach and resilience trainer, among other things, certifications in various diagnostic tools for analyzing personality and leadership behavior complete my toolbox. I support companies (and therefore people) in change processes, cultural and team development and am a trainer for people in management positions.

Added value for the customer
I support people and companies in their further development with a great deal of openness, honesty, trust and appreciation. Helping people to get the best out of themselves is what drives me. And as a pragmatist, I always have my eye firmly on the goal in this “guided inward look”! There are three sides to everything: one that you see, one that I see and one that we discover together.

My motivation
‘”Setting sail correctly” – Aristotle already used this approach to achieve goals more effectively. I love to bring people into their power and thus create development opportunities that benefit both the individual and, of course, the respective teams, departments and companies. Analyzing and developing goals from this is my passion! “We can’t determine the direction of the wind, but we can set the sails correctly.”
