    Personal background
    I have a bachelor’s degree in social science and a master’s degree in sociology. After my studies, I started my practical training in a global trade and service group and focused on the areas of economic policy and communication/corporate communications and e-commerce. I was also involved with the cultural-change team and thus bring along in-depth experience and knowledge of change processes. At MPC, I support clients with communication and change processes.

    Communication is my passion. I like to push processes forward and strengthen them sustainably. While doing so, I always keep the big picture in mind, pull loose ends together and try to create new perspectives. My focus is always on people and how they handle change.

    My motivation
    Companies are sitting on a lot of potential. I would like to help them release synergies, optimize processes and, especially, to create an enriching and meaningful working environment for all their employees. I’m motivated when we overcome hurdles together and successfully establish new structures.

    I’ve been a freelance organizational consultant and coach since 2009. I have many years of management experience in the areas of personnel and organizational development. This includes working in an international corporate environment, training in systemic-process consulting and organizational set-up. I’m also a certified business coach and a fully-qualified lawyer. My skills lie in the areas of change management, organizational and team development as well as management coaching.

    For the last two years, I’ve been successfully supporting organizational and individual changes – and people are always the focus of my work. Using my expertise, I help to solve complex challenges, establish orientation, devise change processes and bring people together.

    My motivation
    “Move people, shape changes” is my incentive and passion. I’m motivated when I can offer people or organizational units an orientation during their change processes or make an image of the future “tangible” so that they desire to more towards it.

    After studying journalism, I held various positions in media and digital enterprises. Throughout this time, I worked as a communication expert in both the private and public sectors in the field of innovation management. Most recently, I worked for a top management-consulting agency with a focus on digitization strategies and change management.

    Throughout my professional career, I have my combined communication skills with my solution-oriented consulting strengths. I have a high level of empathy and tact. Therefore, I can identify the company’s and employee’s needs on every hierarchical level and successfully initiate corresponding changes.

    My motivation
    My personal goal is to create a positive work environment for managers and employees in which they can grow, freely develop and thus make their best possible contribution. In order to accomplish this, I would like to drive inspiration, eliminate fears and awaken a desire for change and better cooperation.

    As a graduate in communication management, I have been responsible for external communications for both agencies and companies for over 20 years. At MontuaParnter, I’m looking forward to being able to combine my expertise for external communications with my passion for internal communications.

    My expertise is in formulating and communicating content, claims, messages, elevator pitches and everything else one needs in order to convey exactly what they’d like their counterpart to know.

    My motivation

    Studied communication science, economics and political science at the University of Zurich. Received my PhD at the FU in Berlin on the collaboration between clients and consultants. Over 15 years of experience in the area of communications at various organizations, including responsibility for internal communications at an international corporation. Lecturer at a university for corporate communication.

    My strengths lie in analysis, conception/strategy development and evaluation. I always keep the overall strategy in mind when devising measures. I bring a wide range of perspectives into play through my international experience and my work as a sports coach. As a project leader, my strength is to establish structure for the client and always keep an overview.

    My motivation
    I would like to help organizations improve. Thereby, I ensure that employees have a first-class working environment. Ideally, they find meaning in their work and can develop to their full potential. Communication is a crucial factor in this process.

    I am a state-accredited nursery teacher and later studied public relations and corporate communications. I’ve already supported internal communication processes in corporations. I’ve been able to expand my portfolio with this experience and further training in the areas of project management and e-trainers. I also focus on lean management and New Work.

    Studied German, psychology and education. Now has over 11 years of experience working in communication departments with clients such as Deutsche Bahn, Popsugar/Shopstyle, Vattenfall and Isuzu. Cofounder of the freelance association “Creatives Berlin”.

    My generalist approach, passion and creativity characterize my work. Due to extensive experience with clients, I can quickly adapt to my customer’s needs. I like to create a cohesion which lasts and is strengthened during both good and difficult times – to create something new together.

    My motivation
    My mission is to bring people together and establish communication channels. I’m motivated to point out the limitations and advantages of these channels and how to sensibly make use of them. Employees who can identify with the company can also fully support it. The goal is the common path of preparing and creating a space in which the employees feel valued and comfortable.

This requires the courage to question existing systems and to change them, which in turn safeguards the complexity of our shared responsibility. This involves overcoming hurdles and accepting new challenges, as well as building upon what has already been achieved. I like to have direct contact with people in order to understand them and develop solutions together, whether on behalf of the company or for one’s personal development.

    Especially during change processes and the corresponding communication measures, it helps my clients that I know the various stakeholders as well as their requirements for successful communication. However, this also means that I’m not suited to just working on behalf of the client’s wishes – solutions that work need discourse and pushback (and a little humor…)

    It is almost magical to experience when communication effects and reaches people. To create and experience these moments with our customers – that’s what I get up for in the morning.

Additional areas of focus include the moderation of workshops and trainings.

    With my broad knowledge, I provide ideal support to organizations in their change processes leading them towards business agility. My systematic perspective focuses on people. My experience in agile transformations together with numerous methods and frameworks is the professional foundation. For me, attention to detail and an overview of the big picture are inseparable.
