With 20 years of experience in HR transformation, diversity & inclusion, and recruiting, I support companies in developing their HR processes. In senior HR roles at international companies, I have led transformation projects, talent management concepts, and diversity strategies.
I have built global onboarding programs, optimized candidate journeys, and integrated agile methods into HR. I am a systemic coach, Lego® Serious Play® facilitator, and hold a degree in business administration with a master’s in people development.
