Personal Background
With my training as a systemic organisational consultant at artop and further training in ‘Agility & Organisation’ at swf, I am building on my sociology studies and have been combining the systemic view with my more than 20 years of experience as a consultant and brand/communication strategist since 2019. I have been advising corporations and SMEs as an independent consultant and in interim positions since 2010.
Added value for the customer
With my outside perspective, I ask the right questions, feel my way into the client’s system and use my gut feeling and common sense to gain an impression of the organisation and its specific challenges. Analytically curious, strategically planning, conceptually strong and full of ideas, I support clients in all aspects of strategy, communication and organisation.
My motivation
I am curious about communication and patterns in organisations. Reflecting on these and using them to develop areas for optimisation and learning that make work and collaboration noticeably better for everyone, both in human and economic terms – that’s what I strive for.
