Personal background
‘You can’t not communicate’ – this is probably one of those well-known statements that everyone has heard at some point. Nevertheless, I am a big fan of the phrase because there is so much truth in it and it is particularly important when it comes to communication from and within organisations.
In my 20 years of experience in internal and external corporate communications, but also in my role as a business coach and trainer, I like to refer to it often.
I am currently working on my doctorate at the University of Koblenz on the topic: ‘The function of informal communication in transformation processes, taking into account decentralised working methods’. – In other words: how can closeness and trust be created when there is no more chatting in the coffee kitchen?
Added value for the customer
I have been at home in the vast field of communication for around 20 years and have extensive expertise in the areas of leadership communication, strategic organisational development and change management.
I support managers, employees and organisations in adapting effectively to new work cultures and promote their self-competence through training and coaching.
My motivation
My mission is to accompany and advise organisations and individuals as a sparring partner through times of change. My focus is on clear and effective communication that strengthens the core of human relationships and leads to sustainable change in organisations.
