Personal background
As a cultural scientist, I studied media and communication sciences, fine arts and business administration. I learnt about the design and effective use of media as a trainee journalist, editor and press officer at the pay-TV channel Premiere. I later qualified as an advertising manager at Hubert Burda Media, where I analysed, designed and implemented cross-media brand experiences. Twenty years ago, I founded a communications agency, trained in change management and communication techniques (including NLP) and increasingly focussed on strategic consulting in change communication. Today, I am passionate about applying my extensive knowledge to MPC client projects.

Added value for the customer
My passion as a communications expert is to support, guide and empower people through the complex challenges of transformation. I work in a focussed, decisive and responsible manner to ensure that project goals are met. Empathy and appreciation are important to me so that the customer quickly feels comfortable and understood by me.

My motivation
Communication is the key to success – and is often neglected, especially in change processes. It motivates me every day to do my bit to improve internal communication in companies. When I can set levers here that have an impact, it fills me with satisfaction.
