MontuaPartner Communications (MPC) is a DACH-wide strategic consulting agency for transformation processes and internal communications. We advise and support companies in successfully managing change processes and communicating appropriately with employees and managers. We have been doing all of this for 20 years now – and our clients regularly let us know that they are satisfied. That is why we are constantly growing and need reinforcement.
We are experts in the fields of change, organizational development, (internal) communication, mental health, leadership, training, editing and creation. The list of companies that trust us ranges from DAX-listed corporations and SMEs to public authorities and foundations.

YOUR TASKS

  • You are our face to the customer, advising and accompanying the customer from the analysis through the creation of change communication concepts and change roadmaps, to the implementation of workshops and the realisation of face-to-face and virtual formats and measures
  • You coordinate your project teams of (junior) consultants, editors and graphic designers
  • You present the concepts and strategies in a highly convincing manner in German and English and at C-level, if necessary on-site at the client’s premises
  • You have an overview of project statuses and are in close coordination with your director
  • You act as a sparring partner, initiator and strategic consultant and help to ensure that our values and ambitions have an impact
  • You ensure high quality in your projects and actively drive the development of long-term client relationships
  • You are familiar with the trends in change & transformation, internal communication, leadership and strategy, are constantly expanding your know-how and have a good sense for consulting needs
  • You support acquisition activities and the preparation of proposal presentations
  • You contribute to the further development of internal agency, project-related processes and procedures on your own initiative

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • You have a degree or completed apprenticeship in the field of business with a focus on change & transformation, communication, psychology or similar
  • You have at least five years of professional experience in the areas of change, strategy or internal communication on either agency or corporate side and have already accompanied at least one major project as a change consultant
  • You have very good specialist knowledge in the field of change and transformation, a high willingness to learn and experience in (agile) project management
  • You are enthusiastic about organisational development and digitalisation and have experience in the communicative support of change projects
  • You are experienced in working independently in a conceptual way and in creating structured documents such as concepts, decision templates, narratives, etc.
  • You have good comprehension skills and can quickly familiarise yourself with different topics
  • Your communication skills are excellent
  • You like to take on responsibility and have a hands-on mentality
  • You act in a team-oriented manner and have a high level of social competence
  • You are distinguished by your own initiative and result-oriented decisiveness
  • You describe yourself as resilient and can deal confidently with resistance in projects
  • Having several responsibilities at the same time is no problem for you
  • You are a PowerPoint genius and proficient with the Office package
  • You can express yourself very well in English, both verbal and in writing
