WE ARE LOOKING FOR: FREELANCE EDITORS WHO UNDERSTAND CHANGE AND CAN EXPRESS IT CLEARLY IN LANGUAGE
We have been supporting companies undergoing change for over 20 years. Communication is our origin – today we work at the interface of strategy, organisation and culture.
We advise corporations, medium-sized businesses, administrations and foundations. In projects on transformation, change, leadership and collaboration, we don’t deliver text modules, but attitude, clarity and energy.
We are looking for editorial reinforcement. People who think for themselves. Who have a desire for change and good stories. People who understand language as a tool and a means of influence. People who can distinguish between message, attitude and target group.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Write change stories that move and convince
- Intranet articles, newsletters, CEO statements, social media posts, core messages etc.
- Supporting project teams – sometimes with, sometimes without direct customer contact
WHAT YOU BRING
- Editorial experience in companies, agencies or as a freelancer
- A feel for language and clarity – even with complex topics
- Interest in organisational development, change & communication
- Enjoy working in a team, openness to new perspectives
- Self-organisation & professional demeanour
- Very good German, good English – and no fear of AI
