MontuaPartner Communications (MPC) is a DACH-wide strategic consulting agency for transformation processes and internal communications. We advise and support companies in successfully managing change processes and communicating appropriately with employees and managers. We have been doing all of this for 20 years now – and our clients regularly let us know that they are satisfied.
We are experts in the fields of change, organisational development, (internal) communications, mental health, leadership, training, editing and creation. The list of companies that trust us ranges from DAX-listed corporations and SMEs to public authorities and foundations. We support large and small projects.
We are currently looking for experienced consultants.
SELECTION OF YOUR TASKS
- Project management and main contact person for customers
- Sparring and consulting on transformation projects
- Development of holistic (communication and change) strategies and concepts
- Advising management (usually interface with department management and/or C-level)
- Conceptualisation, implementation and execution of workshops
- Further development of processes, procedures and customers
- Functional leadership of project teams
- Project management, budgeting and project controlling
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Consultancy skills with experience in a consulting company and as a project manager
- Systemic view as well as analytical, logical and strategic thinking
- Specialist and methodological knowledge of communication and organisational development
- Project management skills and foresight
- Team-thinking with independent action
- Good comprehension, communication skills, empathy and decisiveness
- Senior, confident demeanour
- Completed studies/training
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Good handling of MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
- (Very) good knowledge of English
